J. Trum Van Middlesworth - Chief Executive Officer

Trum as a founder and Chief Executive Officer is responsible for setting the Business Strategy and managing all facets of the company’s operations. A key focus is on business development with strategic partners and distribution through service providers with complimentary offerings. Trum began his career in Edmonton, AB with IBM and managed the regional office for Xerox Learning Systems in Vancouver, BC.

Prior to joining ACS, Trum was VP of Sales for Bitpipe, Inc. where he hired and developed the initial sales force for their core syndication service and then launched the Analyst Direct competitive information portal for major IT companies. Trum attended the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Administrative Studies majoring in marketing and accounting.

John Logan - Managing Director

John as a founder and Managing Director leads ACS's Strategy and Business Operations. John designed and led the team that developed the ACS software-as-a-service. John's background is unique in having over 30 years experience in compliance/litigation support, advanced technology, business operations and management consulting. His groundbreaking book, Evolution Not Revolution: Aligning Technology with Corporate Strategy to Increase Market Value, forms the intellectual basis for ACS' offerings.

Prior to ACS, John founded and led the growth of Aberdeen Group, a world-renown high-technology market research and consulting firm. John holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Peter Bohnert - Chief Technology Officer

Peter sets the direction for and manages all aspects of ACS' product development. He believes strongly that delivering quality software products is an art, mastered through years of experience in software development, team management, executive strategy and building networks of world-class talent. Peter is a software engineering executive with a broad background in Internet content delivery, change management, supply chain management, enterprise resource planning and business-critical enterprise applications. Throughout his more than 20-year career, he has succeeded in building and leading software engineering teams that build high quality enterprise software solutions in an agile manner.

Peter has held Vice President of Engineering and Product Management positions at Inktomi, Adero, Marcam Solutions and Swift Rivers. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology.
